Why does content on the site keep changing?

How is the quality of your clothing?

Each piece is comfortable, durable, and practical for everyday wear. At the very least, you can expect a quality similar to what you’d find at well-known big retailers. We are hoping to create a store where you feel that the value of the pieces you choose are much higher than the price you paid. Hopefully as we go we can increase the sense of that value. If something isn’t right, returns are easy.

 

Do you use AI-generated images?

We use AI tools to help with backgrounds or presentation of the site. This helps us keep costs down while still showing the products clearly. The product pictures clothing itself is real and is taken in person. We ensure that what you see is what you will receive. 

 

Do you take your own Product Photos

At Half Moon Clothing, all product photos are “expertly” taken by us with simple equipment and natural lighting. We have professionally mimicked amateur photography to show each item as true-to-life as possible ensuring you will always be pleasantly surprised when your items arrives. AI is never used to alter the clothing itself — we do not change colours, shapes, patterns, textures, or fit.

Because photos are taken in-house, small variations in brightness, shadows or angles may occur, but we do our best to ensure the images accurately represent how the item looks in person. If you ever have questions about colour, fabric or fit, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

 

Do items have Chinese labels or translation errors?

We source from manufacturers across China, so some garments come with Chinese characters on labels or care tags. Occasionally you'll also see English phrases with minor translation quirks — things that are grammatically off but harmless.

These elements are purely cosmetic, with no impact on the fit, comfort, or durability of the item. However if this may affect your purchase, please take a moment to carefully review the product photos before ordering.
